TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions and accompanying Contest Details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
The Organizer of the Contest is Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast (71 Sea World Drive, Main Beach QLD 4217) which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
Eligibility to Enter
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over that reside in QLD, NSW and VIC.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
Promotional Period
The Promotion is ongoing on a monthly basis for 6 months from October 6th to March 6th.
Entry Requirements
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
This is a game of chance, and the winner will be drawn at random on 1st of every month for the previous month.
The winning entry, as determined by the Organizers, will receive one prize (Supplied as a gift voucher);

The prize does not include airport transfers, or any additional costs incurred.
The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be decided by The Organizer and will be notified by email or phone. Confirmation will also be emailed to the winner, which they must present upon arrival to the event.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The organizer decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

- - participant agrees to receive email marketing from Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast
- - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites or social media platforms, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest / Lucky Draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
- - The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast without further compensation.
